We are thrilled to announce that Aqua WSC has gone live with our latest online application portal for Feasibility Studies, designed to make your experience smoother and more efficient than ever before. Users will create an account that will allow them to track the status of their Feasibility Study Application in real time. **Turnaround time for feasibility studies is estimated to be 60 days.**

This guide is designed for developers who are planning to establish subdivisions or related developments within the Aqua Water Supply Corporation (Aqua WSC) service area. A Standard Detail document establishes Aqua WSC’s approved design and construction requirements for water system infrastructure. It provides engineers, developers, and contractors with consistent specifications, including materials, dimensions, and installation methods, to ensure every project meets Aqua WSC’s safety, reliability, and long-term performance standards. By following these details, all construction aligns with system expectations, reduces errors, and supports uniformity across the entire water network.

- Your feasibility study application will not be added to the queue until it has been reviewed for completeness and the feasibility study fee has been paid. Please regularly check the online portal for updates and notes made to your application.
- Walk-ins are not accepted. The best way to get in contact with the Development Services Department is to email development@aquawsc.com. Thank you for your understanding.
- Turnaround time for feasibility studies is estimated to be 60 days.
- Notice of Requirement to Comply with the Subdivision Service Extension Policy of Aqua Water Supply Corporation.
Please note that water utilities are classified as Class B underground facilities under Texas Utilities Code Chapter 251. The 48-hour marking deadline that many excavators are familiar with applies only to Class A facilities (electric, gas, telecom, etc.) and does not apply to Aqua WSC.
