We recommend reviewing the Developer Guide in full before submitting a Feasibility Study Application. Please note that before we can accept your application, it will be reviewed for completeness, including payment of the Feasibility Study Fee. Once your application is accepted, we estimate that you will receive your completed study within 60 days.

To apply for a feasibility study, please submit your application online through the CityWorks Portal. If you have any questions about how to use the portal, please refer to the instructional videos below.
Aqua WSC provides a Waterline Locate service for developers and contractors requiring precise location of Aqua WSC water infrastructure for non-emergency purposes.
